Project Scope:
This new, 650 student, village school replaced Pleasantville’s original Bedford Road School which was built in 1909. The new facility is nearly twice the size of the earlier school and follows a “house plan,” with separate areas for kindergarten, grades 1-2 and grades 3-4. The new building features a mini theatre, full size gymnasium, art and music suites, library/media center and connecting classrooms for team teaching and security.
